      <image:title>Meet the Team - Donna Bradbury</image:title>
      <image:caption>As Managing Director of Healthy Results System, I have always been interested in health and nutrition and the effects of food on our bodies. Having worked in the health and safety field for many years, it was my function to help companies keep their employees safe on and off the job. Merging these ideas and experiences made perfect sense, that's when I decided to go back to school and learn more about health and wellness from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Becoming a holistic Health Coach has made me more aware of the benefits of eating healthy organic foods and how they not only prevent diseases but also help to heal them as well. “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” ~ Hippocrates. This can be accomplished by eating a plant-based diet, being active, getting plenty of rest, spending time with people you love, lowering your stress, and having the confidence to know that a healthy lifestyle is really attainable. Writing my first book and creating this non-profit company all started because the need is so great for people to know how to help themselves become healthier. In this world of fast food, fast internet, fast life, we do not find the time to slow down and take care of our health. Our goal is to reach as many people as we possibly can to help them on their healthy lifestyle journey.</image:caption>

Being brave is the freedom to be who you are, taking control of your life, and making the best choices for yourself.      We all have heard that junk food is bad for us, but few of us have information or the motivation to change our eating habits. In Chapter 5, The 7 Simple Steps, you will learn how to "fit out," eat healthy, exercise, volunteer, improve your sleep, be grateful and practice sustainability. The information in this book can apply to anyone who wants to make positive lifestyle changes and improve their health. It doesn't matter your age or gender, being healthy is an achievable target that anyone can attain.                                                                               As a student or first-time employee today, teens and young adults are under tremendous amounts of stress; eating healthy and taking care of their body may be the last things on their mind. My dream is to have teenagers and young adults make mindful and healthy choices no matter what everyone else thinks. I would also like to see them cooking with their families and friends and getting everyone involved with being healthy. And, since they are the future warriors of the world, it will be up to them to show that, by making sustainable and healthy choices now, they can improve not only their own life but the lives of their families and our planet too!
